COVID-19 statement

Posted on: 26 March 2020

The ongoing Covid-19 outbreak is already having a huge impact on businesses, and we’re all still coming to terms with what this will truly mean.

Here at Optimity, we’ve put in place a number of measures to safeguard our team and the services we provide to our customers.

Looking after our people

Protecting our staff and the communities we live in is our top priority. Until further notice, most Optimity employees will be working remotely from home and we’ll respect recommendations and restrictions imposed by local municipalities. It is the right thing to do, and we’re well set up to do this. Our experience of remote working and the cloud-based solutions we provide, means we do not anticipate any major impact on our ability to service and support our customers.

Looking after our customers

The world is currently dealing with an unprecedented pandemic, and as a result supply chains are facing extraordinary challenges. In such turbulent times, it is more important than ever that your planning solution is up and running. I want to assure you that we’re fully committed to maintaining the highest level of service to help you navigate these unchartered waters.

The next few months are going to be a difficult and uncertain time for many of us. Please know that your friends here at Optimity are here to support your business as much as we possibly can.
We’ll get through this together!

Take care and be well,
